I’ve been a patient of Drs Botero & Khan for several years. I could not ask for a more compassionate and professional practice. They offer alternatives to opioid painkillers that actually are effective at controlling chronic pain.
In addition to the two doctors on staff, they also have a physician’s aaaistant, Diana, who patients can see when they just need refills on medications. This makes the appointments much shorter than if everyone needed to see the doctor. Diana is a ray of sunshine and really does know her stuff.
But the best thing about this practice is the support staff. From the front desk staff, to the student nurses they hire in order for them to get experience, everyone is always so friendly and compassionate.
Over the years, seeing the same people every month, I’ve gotten to know many of the faces and they’ve become like friends. I’ve even started to bring them donuts when I visit as a little gesture to acknowledge their kindness
I couldn’t recommend this practice any higher.

Everyone from the front desk to the doctor, are professional, kind and caring, They take the time to listen to address your needs, They have been wonderful to me and care about the pain that I go through, I have been a patient for about three years and I’ve never had a bad experience with them, always kind and helpful

I have been going to this office for several years. They are a really great team. They work well together and you feel like part of a family when you are there. Dr Khan is just wonderful and Angela and Kristin and the girls at the front desk, are always on top of things.
I would definitely recommend! :)

Everyone is very sweet get you in as fast as they can and Diana is absolutely amazing. She listens to all of your concerns and is very humble. I recommend this pain management for pain-free and for good customer satisfaction.
